What is Liquidity Pools?

Liquidity Pools is the product that allows investors to earn passive income. The AMM (Automated Market Making) algorithm uses pool liquidity to place orders on spot on the WX Network. AMM trading activity provides the basic yield (vAPY) of the liquidity pools. In addition to the base yield, there is an additional rate (tAPR) of the liquidity pools, which is provided by the WX token emission distribution algorithm.

Liquidity Pools' investment income consists of several parts:

vAPY is the income from the growth of the LP token, which the user receives immediately after providing liquidity.

tAPR is the income from staking LP tokens. Staking rewards are paid in WX token.

* tAPR can be increased by voting for a pool in WX Emission Distribution Voting.
