1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BGA Exchange ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform. BGA Exchange operates on the Waves blockchain and facilitates trading of BGA Token (BGAT) and other supported cryptocurrencies.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use BGA Exchange. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to form a binding contract
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
- All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials
- You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
3. Trading and Transactions
BGA Exchange provides a decentralized trading platform for BGAT and supported cryptocurrencies:
- All trades are executed on the Waves blockchain and are irreversible
- You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation
- Trading fees and blockchain network fees apply to all transactions
- Market prices are determined by supply and demand; we do not guarantee any specific prices
- You acknowledge the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets
4. Fees and Payments
BGA Exchange charges trading fees as displayed on the platform. Fees may be adjusted with notice. Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are separate and determined by the Waves network. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Tier System and Benefits
BGA Exchange operates a tier-based system (Starter through Iconic) based on BGAT holdings and staking. Tier benefits including reduced fees, increased trading limits, and priority support are subject to change. Maintaining tier status requires continued BGAT holdings as specified in tier requirements.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Market manipulation, wash trading, or artificial price inflation
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or hack the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
- Using bots or automated systems without explicit permission
7. Limitation of Liability
BGA Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, technical issues, blockchain network problems, or user error. Users trade at their own risk and should never invest more than they can afford to lose.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. Users may close their accounts at any time by withdrawing all assets and contacting support.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be announced via email and platform notifications.
